We are currently navigating inland waters of Europe on the sport boat Pia. A wonderful piece of boat almost 10m long with 280hp. The idea of the journey is to navigate from Wienna and go against the stream of Donau. Later in Kelheim turn into the Donau -Main kanal. Entering Main and navigate it dow to the Rhein river. From Rhein river is the idea to take water kanals Mittelland kanal to Elbe. The journey should finnish as close as the water levels allow as close to our home in Czech Republic.
On this expedition we plan to cover over 2000 km on the waterwas of Europe. Cross over 75 water locks and go over Donau, Main-Donau kanal, Main, Rhein, Ruhr, Rhein-Herne kanal, Dortmund-Ems kanal, Mittelland kanal and Elbe.
